As soon as I proclaimed I had gotten all my short stories out that had been piling up in my mind for the past 10 years, I remembered another one. OK, maybe I'm done with prose now. So here it is, I think, the last short story I have in me for awhile. Back to the typewriter and the poetry.

So here's yet another short story.  This is actually an event that happened to me years ago, I didn't have to tweak it much to make it "fiction".  And now, I think it's back to full time poetry typer unless I get another flash of insight. But, during this Great Quarantine of 2020, I've finally found the time to get all the short story ideas out of me that I'd been carrying around for years and this was the last one.  Also posted permanently on the "Prose Tales" tab.  Stay happy.
